Ladun Investment Group is seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to manage and execute pest management services across residential, commercial, and construction sites. The role involves identifying, controlling, and preventing pest infestations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

PEST CONTROL

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (minimum)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest control for residential homes, commercial buildings, and construction sites
• Knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Physically fit to perform hands-on pest control activities

Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and construction sites to identify pest issues and assess risks
• Implement pest control measures, including treatment, fumigation, and preventive actions
• Use chemicals, traps, and other pest control equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, and follow-up actions
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on pest prevention and control
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards
• Respond promptly to client requests and complaints regarding pest issues
