PAINTING WORKS (SSW)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants, typically aged 18–35 years old (as per TITP guidelines).
  • Eligible under TITP or Skill Test programs.
  • Prior experience in painting, coating, or industrial finishing is preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to handle painting equipment and materials.
  • Basic Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N4 or JFT Basic) is preferred for effective communication.
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in various environmental conditions.
  • Willingness to learn and follow Japanese work standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers before painting.
  • Apply paints, coatings, or protective finishes evenly and efficiently using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain painting equipment and materials in good condition.
  • Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
