Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid professional license.
  • Must be a NCLEX Passer.
  • Candidates must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Examination).
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Willing to participate in online interviews and virtual orientation sessions.
  • Open to exploring USRN career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in online screening and interview sessions with recruitment representatives and US recruiters.
  • Attend the virtual orientation and understand the USRN career pathway process.
  • Provide accurate professional information and required documents during the application process.
  • Demonstrate nursing knowledge, clinical experience, and professional competencies during interviews.
  • Prepare for potential career opportunities aligned with US nursing standards and requirements.
