OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of operations experience in a corporate or contingency operations environment.
• At least three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience working on a US Military base is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks across departments.
• Support logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of operations and activities.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support leadership in decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
