MULTICRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in maintenance, construction, facility management, or industrial operations.
  • Skilled in multiple trades such as:
    • Electrical works
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Mechanical maintenance
    • Masonry
    • Painting
    • HVAC support
  • Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic facility and equipment issues.
  • Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual and site-based work.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance or construction team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation work across multiple trades and disciplines.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Assist in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, painting, and mechanical repair activities as needed.
  • Inspect work areas and identify maintenance issues requiring repair or replacement.
  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials properly.
  • Support construction, facility management, and operational maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow workplace safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel regarding work schedules and
