FABRICATOR WELDER (SHIPYARD)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years recent and relevant experience in industrial operations, fabrication, welding, or similar environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Ability to supervise teams and maintain operational efficiency in demanding work environments
- Skilled in welding, fabrication, and metalworking processes
Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication, welding, and assembly of shipyard and industrial metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing of metal structures and components
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Perform maintenance and repair works on shipyard structures and equipment as required
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow operations
- Follow workplace safety regulations and operational procedures at all times
