Changwon Corporation Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Instrument Foreman to supervise and coordinate instrumentation activities for electrical construction projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site teams, monitoring installation works, ensuring quality standards, and completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently according to project requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in instrumentation works, proven supervisory experience, and a background in Electrical Construction projects.

INSTRUMENT FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Must have a VALID TRC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as an Instrument Foreman.
• Proven experience in Electrical Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics, and instrument documents.
• Experience supervising workers and coordinating site activities.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily instrumentation installation activities on site.
• Lead instrument technicians and workers to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret instrument drawings, electrical diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical documents.
• Ensure proper installation, alignment, and connection of instrument devices and control systems.
• Conduct site inspections and verify that work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials according to work requirements.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical support to the team.
• Maintain daily work reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
