Changwon Corporation Sp. z o.o. is seeking a qualified and experienced Instrument Supervisor to oversee instrumentation works for electrical construction projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance activities while ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in instrumentation supervision, strong technical knowledge, and proven experience working in Electrical Construction projects.
INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Must have a VALID TRC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as an Instrument Supervisor.
- Proven experience in Electrical Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, installation procedures, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, instrument diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Experience in supervising technical teams in industrial construction environments.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate instrumentation installation and electrical construction activities on site.
- Lead and monitor instrument technicians and workers to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
- Review and interpret instrument drawings, electrical diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical documents.
- Oversee installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems and equipment.
- Ensure all instrument works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Plan daily work activities, manpower requirements, and site schedules.
- Inspect completed installations and verify proper operation of instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the project team.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain work progress reports, inspection records, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
