METAL PRESS (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male, 20–25 years old.
• High school graduate or higher.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in metal pressing or related field.
• Willing to undergo a 4-month Japanese language training program (free of charge).
• Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to adapt to a new cultural and work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate metal press machines safely and efficiently according to production specifications.
• Assist in machine setup, calibration, and quality control of pressed metal products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Participate in training modules, including technical and Japanese language instruction.
