MEP Sales Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in MEP sales or related engineering sales roles.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or related field).
• Strong understanding of HVAC/MEP systems and service solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record in sales and client development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities for AMCs, retrofits, and system upgrades.
• Generate leads from existing clients, facility management companies, and new prospects.
• Promote service offerings, including maintenance, repair, and energy solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service feasibility and quality delivery.
