MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in water supply, sewage, drainage, waste disposal, fire protection, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to prepare and review material take-offs and bills of materials.
• Experience in analyzing engineering drawings during design and execution phases.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and foremen in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design review and analysis of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Oversee water supply, sewage, drainage, and waste disposal systems.
• Coordinate and review fire protection and HVAC system designs and implementation.
• Prepare and review material take-offs (MTO) and bills of materials (BOM).
• Analyze drawings during the design phase and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead and supervise foremen and supervisors during work execution.
• Coordinate work sequences with civil, electrical, and architectural disciplines.
• Ensure proper implementation of mechanical systems according to design and standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality and safety compliance.
