Peloton Workready Pty. Ltd is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to join our team in Ireland. The ideal candidates will have expertise in designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems across industrial and construction projects. This role involves supporting engineering operations, ensuring system efficiency, and contributing to high-performance environments where precision and innovation are essential.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in mechanical engineering with large and complex equipment.
• Proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and welding symbols.
• Experience in modeling equipment and producing technical drawings.
• Ability to conduct FMEA and provide actionable engineering insights.

Responsibilities:

• Examine, photograph, measure, and record specifications of large and complex equipment.
• Model equipment using software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Produce fabrication drawings (DXF files) and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
• Identify tensile strength of steel and interpret welding symbols accurately.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and project outcomes.
