Materials Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Experienced and qualified Storeman / Materials Coordinator with knowledge of offshore piping and mechanical components.
  • Ability to identify various types of mechanical tools, piping materials, and industrial equipment.
  • Previous experience in petrochemical and offshore industries is required.
  • Previous overseas work experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of material control, storage procedures, and inventory management.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Must have an updated resume and valid Certificate of Employment (COE).
  • Must possess a valid NC II Certificate.
  • Must have a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, organize, and issue materials, tools, and equipment for project activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all materials and equipment movement.
  • Identify and classify offshore piping materials, components, and mechanical tools.
  • Coordinate material requirements with supervisors, engineers, and site teams.
  • Ensure availability of required materials and tools to support daily operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials according to safety procedures.
  • Support material tracking and documentation for petrochemical and offshore projects.
  • Assist with inspections, audits, and inventory verification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site requirements.
