TOPNEST S.R.O. is hiring skilled Maintenance Workers for deployment to the Czech Republic. The position is responsible for upkeep, minor technical repairs, grounds maintenance, and general facilities management across the employer’s premises, operating with a high degree of independence.
MAINTENANCE WORKER
Qualifications:
- Gender: Male only.
- Age Requirement: 25 to 40 years old.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience as a Maintenance Worker, Handyman, or Building Technician.
- Technical Skills: Solid hands-on background in basic electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, and groundskeeping operations.
- Work Ethic: Independent, highly versatile, technically skilled, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical checks, minor fixtures replacement, and basic plumbing repairs across facilities.
- Conduct general building inspection and carry out preventative and corrective premises maintenance.
- Handle groundskeeping tasks including lawn mowing, outdoor cleaning, and general landscape upkeep.
- Execute minor carpentry, painting, and structural fix-its to ensure facilities remain in safe working order.
- Troubleshoot everyday technical issues independently and operate power tools and repair equipment safely.
