Job Vacancy: PAIRING MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Jawdah Cables Factory is seeking an experienced Pairing Machine Operator to operate and monitor pairing machines used in wire and cable manufacturing. The successful applicant will be responsible for machine setup, material loading, operating parameter adjustments, production monitoring, and quality inspection to ensure paired wires and cables meet the required production specifications.
PAIRING MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience.
- Education: At least a High School Graduate.
- Gender Preference: Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience operating pairing machines or similar wire and cable manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of wire pairing, twisting, alignment, and cable production processes.
- Ability to adjust machine settings and monitor production quality.
- Ability to identify product defects and report machine or material problems.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with workplace safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate pairing machines according to production instructions and technical specifications.
- Load and position wires, cables, conductors, and material reels onto the machine.
- Adjust machine speed, tension, alignment, and other operating parameters to achieve the required pairing results.
- Monitor the pairing process to ensure consistent twisting, proper alignment, and smooth machine operation.
- Inspect paired wires and cables for defects, damage, uneven twisting, incorrect dimensions, and other quality issues.
- Replace material reels and perform necessary machine adjustments during production.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and report machine malfunctions or technical problems to maintenance personnel.
- Record production quantities, material usage, machine performance, and quality inspection results as required.
- Remove defective products from the production line and report quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper working condition of the machine and surrounding production area.
- Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality control personnel to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
