iTK N.V. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of CNC machines and industrial equipment in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and ensuring the reliable operation of production machinery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • Not more than 40 years old.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and industrial machinery.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Competent in dismantling, repairing, and reassembling industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in installing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic piping systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and technical manuals in English.
  • Strong manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina.
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding and oily industrial environments.
  • Willingness and ability to work at heights of 3–5 meters using proper safety equipment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and industrial equipment.
  • Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial machinery and machine components.
  • Install and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic piping and related equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain maintenance records and report equipment performance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Perform maintenance work at elevated areas (up to 3–5 meters) using appropriate fall protection equipment.
  • Assist with other maintenance and technical tasks as required.
