Job Vacancy: Maintenance In-Charge

Job Location: Kuwait

Refreshment Trading Co. is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance In-Charge to oversee all maintenance activities in our facility. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, ensuring equipment reliability, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to support uninterrupted production. 

Maintenance In-Charge

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision or in-charge role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to lead a maintenance team and manage priorities
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Ensure timely corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
  • Coordinate with production and QA teams for maintenance planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
