We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for rubber production to operate vulcanization presses and rolling machines in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, proper machine operation, and high-quality rubber product output.

MACHINE OPERATOR (Rubber Production)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge and experience in vulcanization presses and rolling machines
  • Must provide images and videos demonstrating machine operation via WhatsApp
  • Minimum height requirement: 170 cm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Operate vulcanization presses for tire production
  • Manage a “nest” of 5–6 presses simultaneously
  • Control presses using machine buttons and perform basic finishing during press cycles
  • Operate multi-roll lines for rubber processing
  • Knead raw rubber and prepare rubber mixtures according to specifications
  • Cut and guide rubber mixtures onto conveyor belts
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of work area
