We are hiring skilled Machine Operators for EATON FZE in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting plastic molding machines while ensuring high-quality production output and strict compliance with safety and company standards.

MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Experience in plastic molding machines (OEM: Arburg or Engel) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of end-arm tools (robot handling) and 1 & 2 component molding processes
  • Familiar with material processing such as PPS, PA, and ABS materials
  • Basic knowledge of plastic molding machines, production processes, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control technology
  • Basic PC skills
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, calibrate, and monitor plastic molding machines to ensure smooth production
  • Perform machine adjustments, setup activities, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and work area
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out minor repairs as needed
  • Assist in tool setup and production changeovers
  • Monitor production status and provide feedback on order progress
  • Perform quality control inspections according to company standards and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all EATON safety guidelines and regulations
  • Refill raw materials (resin) in various forms such as 25kg bags, octabins, and big bags
  • Initiate escalation procedures in case of machine failure, safety issues, or quality concerns
  • Maintain organized, safe, and efficient work practices at all times
