EATON FZE is seeking a skilled and experienced Bihler Machine Operator / Plastic Injection Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain automated production machinery in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspection, preventive maintenance, and ensuring efficient production while following safety and quality standards.

BIHLER MACHINE OPERATOR/PLASTIC INJECTION

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Machine Operator, Bihler Machine Operator, Plastic Injection Operator, or similar manufacturing role.
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any of the following fields:
    • Electrical/Electronic Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die / Welding
    • Other related technical fields
  • Basic technical understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with automated systems, high-speed automatic assembly machines, and production equipment.
  • Basic PC skills and ability to use production monitoring systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
  • Good teamwork, communication, accountability, and proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Bihler machines and plastic injection equipment according to production requirements and specifications.
  • Perform machine setup activities, adjustments, calibration, and parameter settings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and control machinery operations to maintain consistent production quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs or adjustments when required.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and routine checks of machines and work areas.
  • Inspect finished products according to quality control procedures and inspection instructions.
  • Record production status, machine performance, and order progress.
  • Store and handle finished products according to company procedures.
  • Identify operational issues and initiate escalation procedures when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by following company safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
