Machine Operator (Filling/Food, Dairy/Metal Coating, Extrusion, Forging)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing, dairy processing, metal coating, extrusion, forging, or a related industrial environment.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Experience operating industrial production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with production quality standards, workplace safety procedures, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read production instructions, operating manuals, and machine specifications.
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial production environments.
- Able to accept criticism, follow instructions, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust industrial production machinery according to production schedules and operating procedures.
- Operate filling and processing equipment used in food and dairy manufacturing to ensure accurate product filling and packaging.
- Operate extrusion machines that heat and force metal materials such as aluminum and copper through shaped dies to produce finished components.
- Operate forging equipment to shape metal materials using controlled compressive force according to production specifications.
- Perform metal coating processes, including the application of paint, powder coating, or other protective and decorative finishes.
- Monitor machine performance, production quality, temperatures, pressures, speeds, and process parameters during operation.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
- Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and report major mechanical or electrical issues to maintenance personnel.
- Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
- Follow workplace health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.
- Perform other production and machine operation duties assigned by supervisors.
