MRK is seeking an experienced Lead Piping Engineer to oversee the design, engineering, and execution of piping systems on large-scale industrial projects. The role involves technical leadership, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.

Lead Piping Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in leading piping engineering teams on large-scale industrial projects; ARAMCO experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of piping design, codes, standards, and software (AutoCAD, CAESAR II, PDMS).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the piping engineering team in the design, review, and execution of piping systems.
• Develop, review, and approve piping drawings, isometrics, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes (ASME, ANSI, API), and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Perform design verification, quality checks, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Support procurement and evaluation of piping materials and equipment.
• Mentor and train junior piping engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical reports and updates to management.
