Junior QA Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering (Others), or a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Solid experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), product conformity, product certifications, and technical compliance for plastic pipe products.
- Strong knowledge of plastic piping technology and plastic pipe manufacturing processes.
- Experience in quality inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor the quality of plastic pipe manufacturing processes and verify product conformity with technical specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality evaluations of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with applicable product certifications, project specifications, and customer requirements.
- Review quality documentation, inspection reports, and test results to maintain accurate records.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
