JUICE MAKER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in a relevant field or similar qualification.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience as a Juice Maker, Beverage Maker, Barista, Food Service Worker, or similar position is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fresh fruit and vegetable preparation.
• Familiarity with juice makers, blenders, mixers, and other beverage equipment.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and food safety procedures.
• Good understanding of sanitation and personal hygiene requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a food and beverage environment.
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and company standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a food-service team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Wash, peel, cut, slice, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for beverage production.
• Select and prepare ingredients according to recipes, customer orders, and company standards.
• Operate juicers, blenders, mixers, and other beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare juices and smoothies with consistent taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
• Follow established recipes and preparation procedures.
• Adjust ingredients and beverage combinations according to customer preferences when permitted.
• Prepare beverages promptly and accurately during busy service periods.
• Maintain adequate supplies of fresh fruits, vegetables, ingredients, cups, lids, and other beverage materials.
• Check the freshness and quality of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients before use.
• Properly store perishable ingredients to maintain freshness and food quality.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, utensils, containers, and beverage preparation equipment.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Dispose of food waste and other materials properly.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe beverage preparation area.
• Follow company recipes, food safety policies, and workplace procedures.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory of beverage ingredients when required.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Perform other beverage preparation and food-service duties as assigned.
