Japanese Reservation Consultant

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or similar fields.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or travel industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and computer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel, airline, travel, or service reservations for customers.
• Process booking requests, cancellations, modifications, and confirmations.
• Ensure accurate input of customer and reservation details into the system.
• Provide customers with reservation policies, schedules, and travel information.
• Assist Japanese-speaking customers via mobile, email, or chat support.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
