JANITOR SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a janitor supervisor or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety protocols
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial staff
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to company standards
  • Schedule and assign tasks to staff efficiently
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for cleaning

Requirements:
