MRK is seeking a skilled Instrument Engineer to support the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems. The Instrument Engineer will ensure that all systems meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.

Instrument Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Control, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in instrumentation engineering for industrial projects; ARAMCO experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of process control systems, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and field instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in instrumentation design software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and project safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and develop instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control devices.
  • Prepare instrument data sheets, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of instrumentation systems.
  • Perform inspections, testing, calibration, and commissioning of instruments and control systems.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to instrumentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and industry codes.
  • Assist in procurement and evaluation of instrumentation equipment and materials.
