BA Industries Pte Limited is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Installation Supervisor to oversee industrial and commercial installation projects in Fiji. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong supervisory experience, technical knowledge of roller shutters, steel fabrication, or industrial systems, and a proven commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Installation Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising industrial or commercial installations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of roller shutters, steel fabrication, or industrial systems.
  • Proven commitment to workplace safety and quality.
  • Strong leadership, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, installation plans, and project specifications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of supervising installation teams in a demanding work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities for industrial and commercial projects.
  • Lead installation teams and assign tasks according to project schedules, specifications, and workforce requirements.
  • Review installation plans, technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements before and during installation work.
  • Oversee the installation of roller shutters, steel fabrication components, and other industrial systems.
  • Ensure all installations are completed accurately, safely, and according to approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect completed and ongoing installation work to identify defects, alignment issues, or other technical concerns.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, fabricators, contractors, clients, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for installation activities.
  • Identify installation problems and coordinate appropriate solutions or corrective actions.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and installation areas are maintained in safe and proper working condition.
  • Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain records of installation progress, inspections, materials, manpower, and other project requirements.
  • Ensure completed installations meet required safety, functionality, durability, and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to installation personnel to improve productivity and workmanship.
  • Perform other installation supervision and site-related duties assigned by management.
