Working International Resourcing Limited is seeking experienced Hydraulic Service Technicians to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and hydraulic expertise, the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems, and a commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.

HYDRAULIC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Service Technician, Mechanical Fitter, or similar trade role.
• Strong knowledge of major brand hydraulic components.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Relevant trade qualification or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair hydraulic and mechanical systems and components.
• Assemble, test, and commission hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems with or without schematics.
• Read and interpret hydraulic and engineering drawings, including open and closed loop systems.
• Manufacture and install hydraulic hoses, pipes, and tubing, ensuring correct sizing, flow capacity, and compatibility.
• Test valves, cylinders, pumps, and motors using appropriate test equipment.
• Safely operate and service accumulators and hydraulic test rigs.
• Complete job cards, timesheets, and service documentation accurately.
• Liaise professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Support planned maintenance, condition monitoring, and asset management activities.
• Work in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
