Committee Australia is hiring experienced Agricultural Technicians for deployment in Australia. The company is seeking skilled and knowledgeable individuals with strong backgrounds in farm operations, crop and livestock management, and agricultural research support.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in agricultural systems, fieldwork, and farm machinery operation.

Agricultural Technician

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in agricultural or farm operations.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of crop and livestock production systems.
  • Experience conducting field trials and agricultural research activities.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data.
  • Competence in operating farm machinery and agricultural equipment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor farm environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support crop and livestock production activities in farm and agricultural settings.
  • Conduct field trials and assist in agricultural scientific research projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data for productivity and performance improvements.
  • Operate farm machinery and agricultural equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and livestock welfare.
  • Assist in implementing modern farming techniques and production systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, observations, and results.
  • Follow agricultural safety standards and biosecurity protocols.
  • Collaborate with farm managers and research teams to improve productivity.
  • Assist in maintenance and basic repair of agricultural tools and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with farm operational procedures and environmental guidelines.
