HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Candidates must hold a Diploma or at least a 2-year Vocational Training Certificate related to HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the same field.
• Experienced in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, instrument, and facility-related HVAC system faults and repairs.
• Ex-abroad work experience is mandatory.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a maintenance or facilities team environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC faults and perform corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Inspect HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality and operational efficiency.
• Replace defective components, parts, and wiring as necessary.
• Perform testing and calibration of HVAC systems and related controls.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
