Peloton Workready is seeking skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for residential, commercial, and industrial operations. This role ensures system efficiency, safety, and reliable performance across various environments.

HVAC/REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Strong expertise with cold rooms, freezer rooms, and temperature-controlled environments.
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Knowledgeable in control systems and electrical diagnostics.
• Experience with safe handling of refrigerants and adherence to regulations.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for system testing and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Service and troubleshoot cold rooms, freezer rooms, blast freezers, and chillers.
• Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and TX valves.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle refrigerants safely (e.g., CO2, ammonia, HFCs) in line with regulatory standards.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and refrigeration diagrams.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak detection, and system recharging.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
