Control Contracting & Trading Co. LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Coordinator to support and implement health, safety, and environmental programs across various projects. The HSE Coordinator will play a key role in promoting workplace safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high environmental and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles.
• Experience in various projects in Gulf Regions is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver safety training and awareness programs effectively.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, waste management, and pollution control practices is preferred.
• Capable of working in multicultural and fast-paced project environments.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain safety records and documentation, including training logs, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational practices and strategic planning.
• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
