Qualifications:

Age requirement: 22–35 years old.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Houseman or similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, professional, and service-oriented.

Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.

Responsibilities:

Assist housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.

Deliver and collect housekeeping supplies, linens, amenities, and equipment as required.

Support room attendants with cleaning and preparation tasks.

Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and assigned hotel spaces.

Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping tools, equipment, and supplies.

Assist with guest requests and provide courteous service when needed.

Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while performing duties.
