One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel is seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead and support the housekeeping team, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and luxury hospitality standards.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in housekeeping, including previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience within a hotel housekeeping department is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
• Assign, monitor, and inspect the work of room attendants and public area attendants to maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained in excellent condition.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure all team members understand and comply with hotel policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and provide feedback to maintain consistent operational excellence.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linen inventory, reporting shortages or damages as necessary.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in achieving departmental goals and service standards.
