HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must appear clean, fresh, and well-groomed at all times.
• Skilled in routine and deep cleaning, replenishment of supplies, waste management, and maintaining high standards of sanitation.
• Experienced in the proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and basic cleaning machines.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and color-coding protocols for cleaning materials.
• Demonstrates good time management, attention to detail, a customer service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean and sanitize offices, lobbies, corridors, staircases, meeting rooms, washrooms, and other common areas.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables as needed.
• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to company procedures and environmental standards.
• Operate cleaning tools, equipment, and basic cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• Use cleaning chemicals properly while following safety guidelines, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and color-coding protocols.
• Inspect assigned areas and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Provide courteous and professional service while working independently or as part of a housekeeping team.
