HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE – ROOMS
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 22–35 years old.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Associate or Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
- Knowledge of hotel room cleaning procedures and luxury hospitality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to 5-star hotel standards and housekeeping procedures.
- Make beds, replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are properly arranged and presented.
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guest occupancy.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and professionalism.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, tools, and supplies.
- Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent guest service at all times.
