Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 22–35 years old.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a housekeeping role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and public area cleaning standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, lounges, and other guest spaces.
- Perform cleaning duties according to luxury hotel standards and established housekeeping procedures.
- Ensure public areas are well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Replenish supplies and amenities in assigned areas as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and respond professionally to requests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the hotel.
