HOTEL MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management,
• Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage management, and overall hotel administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate hotel staff and multiple departments.
• Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management software.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and effectively prioritize operational requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to maintaining service and operational standards.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
• Ensure excellent guest service standards and promptly address guest concerns, requests, and complaints.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high levels of performance.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels for efficient operations.
• Monitor hotel occupancy, revenue performance, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational performance reports.
• Implement and maintain hotel policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to support uninterrupted hotel operations.
• Develop and execute promotional activities and strategies to improve occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, suppliers, and business partners.
