HOTEL KITCHEN HELPER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual kitchen tasks safely.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist cooks with washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Dishwashing and proper disposal of kitchen waste.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Unload and organize deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
• Follow strict health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
