Royal Palace is seeking experienced, professional, and service-oriented Hospitality Service Staff to join its hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist in delivering high-quality guest services, maintaining excellent service standards, and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional environment. The role is suited for candidates with hospitality or luxury service experience who can work efficiently in a high-standard hospitality setting.

Hospitality Service Staff

Qualifications:

• Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the position being applied for.
• Hospitality or luxury service experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Able to follow instructions, service procedures, and established hospitality standards.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and performing hospitality duties for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced and high-standard service environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a professional hospitality team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to guests, visitors, and authorized personnel.
• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and service requirements.
• Assist with food and beverage service, guest reception, room service, functions, or other hospitality activities as assigned.
• Prepare and arrange guest service areas before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of assigned service areas.
• Set up tables, service areas, seating arrangements, and hospitality facilities according to established standards.
• Assist with serving meals, refreshments, beverages, and other items when required.
• Handle guest requests professionally while maintaining confidentiality and respect.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure that guest areas are properly stocked with required service items and supplies.
• Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene, and appropriate appearance at all times.
• Follow established hospitality, customer service, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle hospitality equipment, service items, and company property carefully and responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues, shortages, guest concerns, or other service-related problems to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist during special events, formal functions, VIP services, and other hospitality activities as assigned.
• Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional attitude even during busy periods.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions, work schedules, and Royal Palace service procedures.
• Perform other hospitality and guest service duties assigned by management.
