Heat Exchanger (HE) Technician

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3โ€“7 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry
  • Strong knowledge in pressure vessel and heat exchanger works
  • College or vocational graduate (relevant training is an advantage)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of heat exchangers in Oil & Gas facilities
  • Assist in inspection, cleaning, and troubleshooting of heat exchanger systems
  • Support installation, dismantling, and reassembly of pressure vessels and related equipment
  • Identify mechanical issues and carry out corrective maintenance works
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and procedures
  • Coordinate with supervisors, QC inspectors, and other technical teams on site
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and proper housekeeping in the work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and industrial best practices
