Triple J Marshall Inc. is seeking an experienced Head Cook to oversee kitchen operations in a fast-food restaurant. The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team, supervise food preparation, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and ensure efficient day-to-day kitchen operations while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supervising and coordinating cooks and kitchen staff.
- Must hold a Diploma from a recognized Restaurant School or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience managing food preparation and cooking operations in a fast-food restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned to Greater Micronesia, including the Marshall Islands and Palau Islands.
- Willing to sign a two (2)-year employment contract.
- Salary and benefits will be based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cooks and kitchen staff.
- Plan, organize, and oversee food preparation and cooking operations in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all menu items are prepared consistently, maintaining quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen personnel to improve productivity and performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food supplies and kitchen materials.
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with restaurant management to support smooth kitchen operations and achieve operational goals.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and continuous improvement of kitchen processes.
