We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chocolatier to lead chocolate production, innovation, and product development in a professional food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating premium chocolate products while ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.

HEAD CHOCOLATIER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Up to 35 years old
• At least High School graduate
• Minimum of 2 years experience in chocolate production or related field
• Good English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Strong expertise in chocolate techniques and production processes

Responsibilities:

• Lead chocolate production and product innovation
• Perform advanced chocolate techniques such as tempering, molding, and enrobing
• Develop premium chocolate products and signature recipes
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
• Manage production planning, inventory, and ingredient sourcing
• Train, supervise, and guide junior staff
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Ensure smooth daily operations of chocolate production activities
