Hard Services Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in facilities maintenance, hard services, or building operations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance systems.
- Experience in supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating technical teams.
- Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance procedures.
- Experience using MRI Software or similar CAFM/CMMS systems for maintenance management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and operational priorities effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced facility management environments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.
- Conduct performance evaluations, technical guidance, and training for maintenance staff.
- Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with operational standards.
- Utilize MRI Software or similar CAFM/CMMS systems to manage maintenance tickets, work orders, and asset records.
- Track maintenance budgets, control operational costs, and coordinate equipment procurement.
- Inspect facilities and maintenance work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and facility management teams regarding maintenance requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and operational updates accurately.
- Ensure workplace safety procedures and company operational policies are followed at all times.
