Dazaz Sugar Company is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in packaging and production design, as well as experience in preparing print-ready files for offset printing. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in packaging and production design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of offset printing processes, file preparation, and imposition techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Creative, innovative, and able to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design packaging and production materials that align with brand identity and product requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files for offset printing, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, and specifications.
• Manage imposition and layout adjustments for efficient printing processes.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and product teams to develop design concepts.
  Ensure all designs meet quality standards, deadlines, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organized design files and archives for easy retrieval and reference.
