Saudi Arabian Kentz Co. Ltd is seeking experienced and skilled Grader Operators (Oil and Gas Field Machine Operator) for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating motor graders for grading, leveling, and surface preparation activities within oil & gas, refinery, and industrial project sites.
GRADER OPERATOR (Oil And Gas Field Machine Operator)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Candidates must be at least High School graduates.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a grader operator or heavy equipment operator.
- Experience in oil & gas, refineries, energy, or utilities industries is a strong advantage.
- Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
- Must possess valid proof of experience such as COE, employment certificates, project records, or related documents.
- Strong knowledge of rough and fine grading operations for roads, runways, and construction areas.
- Experience handling grading equipment, moldboards, scarifiers, and related grader attachments.
- Ability to interpret grading requirements and achieve accurate elevations and surface contours.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and heavy equipment operational procedures.
- Physically fit and ready for deployment requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Operate motor graders safely and efficiently for rough and fine grading activities.
- Perform grading and leveling operations for roads, airport runways, construction pads, and industrial work sites.
- Spread, mix, and level dirt, gravel, stone, and other earth materials according to project requirements.
- Control grader components including moldboard blades, circles, and scarifier attachments to achieve precise elevations and contours.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of grader equipment and safety systems.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and fluid checks.
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues or defects immediately.
- Coordinate with supervisors, surveyors, and ground personnel to ensure accurate grading operations.
- Follow workplace safety standards, operational procedures, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate equipment logs, inspection reports, and operational records.
