Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in retail or wholesale (grocery experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and financial management skills
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in an overseas, multicultural environment
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in multi-business or multi-site operations is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all business segments
• Monitor inventory, supply chain, and logistics operations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards
• Identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvements
