FRONTLINE AND ADMIN LEADER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in:
  • Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • Hospitality/Tourism Management
  • Sales & Marketing or similar fields
• Female applicants preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Good English communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and good with children.
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, simple systems).
• Experience in handling kids, events, or play centres is a plus.
• Presentable and well-mannered at all times.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers at the front desk (check-ins, inquiries, payments).
• Handle bookings for birthday parties and activities.
• Respond to WhatsApp and social media inquiries.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including record keeping, scheduling, and simple reporting.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a welcoming environment for parents and children.
