TOPNEST S.R.O. is looking for experienced Food Production Workers to join its food manufacturing and processing operations in the Czech Republic. Successful applicants will be responsible for preparing food products, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

FOOD PRODUCTION WORKER

Qualifications:

• Open to Female and Male applicants
• Age: 24 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food production or food processing.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing or processing facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks and manual handling duties.
• Experience operating food processing equipment is an advantage.
• Forklift operation experience is an advantage for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare raw food materials by washing, cutting, grinding, slicing, and dicing.
• Process vegetables, potatoes, and other food products according to production requirements.
• Operate food production, processing, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package and label finished products in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and production facilities.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including order picking and material handling.
• Operate pallet trucks and forklifts when properly qualified and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
